Delayed voicemail messages

Hi - if I miss an incoming call on my mobile phone and someone leaves me a voice message, I am now not receiving the notification that says I have a 121 message to listen to until 2 weeks after the missed call. Any ideas?

When you say you're not receiving the notification, are you referring to the in-phone voicemail alert or the slam-down text notifications? If it's the standard voicemail notifications, you can double-check your settings by following the device guides.

Hi Charlotte, Thank you very much for your swift response. I'm afraid I'm not really familiar with the terminology you are using, so will try and approach with more detail. First of all, I should say that I do not have a Vodafone mobile, I just use Vodafone as my service provider.  So, when my phone is switched off and someone calls and leaves a voice message, I do not receive any information from Vodafone that this has happened until 2 weeks later. This comes in the form of a phonecall from the 121 service informing me of the missed call.  I think you wil agree that this is not much help!

@darkbarker As your network provider we will end notifications about voicemails to your SIM even if you are not using a Vodafone phone. Please follow the link Charlotte has sent so you can check the notification settings are correct.
