Ordered a esim recently, but didn't receive the QR email for 4 days now. Ordered it with a network switch over for my old number and now my number has switched over to somewhere while I haven't received the sim yet. Contacted the support for the past 3 days and received the same reply: wait for 24-48hrs to get it resolved. Now, how am I supposed to use all accounts that depend on my number for authentication ?? Who do I escalate it to to get it resolved ?

@Alchemar If you drop the team a message on either Facebook, Twitter or by live chat we can chase this up for you. If we need to we can send you a new physical SIM.
