Hi Vodafone
Im an ex Vodafone customer, left back in October 2024. My credit file still showing active with Vodafone. Im unable to speak with anyone as being an ex customer I cannot get past the phone prompts when asked to enter my vodafone number etc as I am no longer a customer. Same with the chat service. I really dont know how I can sort this out.
Any help appreciated.

Hi @marenellie51. We understand the importance of getting this sorted. You can use this form to get in touch with our Credit File Support team - select the option 'A closed Vodafone account is showing on my credit file' under 'What do you want to tell us about?'.
