EX12 - weak signal

Vodafone usually has a strong 4G signal indoors and outdoors in Seaton town centre area (EX12 2LE) but for the last week or two it has been weaker, sometimes dropping back to 2G/EDGE indoors. First noticed on 12th March. Has the transmitter at EX12 2LP been switched off? My phone is only connecting to masts further out of town. Network status checker shows no faults for this area.
