Currently abroad (Europe) and have paid for a data package but getting no 4G connection. Luckily have been able to access Wi-Fi. In my Vodafone ‘Manage my settings’ it says there is a data roaming bar in place but there is no option to remove it. Please help! Desperately need to use my data. Livechat is just a bot at the time I’ve got access to Wi-Fi so no help at all. Will have to try again in the morning and try and get a real person unless anyone has a tip to take the bar off.
