False positive

Hi, please review and unblock themacsfarm.co.uk. This is had been compromised but site completely rebuilt, removed as many as possible from virus total, 3 remaining who are not being responsive but all the others checked and removed from their lists. I am continuing to chase them but please unblock from your network as it is really hurting our business.

I just rescanned with Virus Total and it's down to just one warning, also Phishing. As V.T. is a front-end for a large number of anti-virus providers I suspect that they will not respond to you.

@Cynric many thanks for taking a look. I appreciate it. I have now raised a dispute review with Norton. 

As VT is only showing 1 exception, are you able to now whitelist our domain? The block is really causing a lot of problems for us. Many thanks

@astron Me whitelist your domain? Errm no, I am a Vodafone customer. Nearly everyone here is a customer either asking for or trying to provide help in a community setting.

Hey Astron, I have ran a new check on VirusTotal and it is flagged for Phishing so we won't be able to whitelist until this is resolved.

Thanks for checking Thomas. It's just 1 out of the 96 security vendors that is misclassifying it. We've raised a dispute with them, but they aren't responding currently. Is there no other route to getting whitelisted? Many thanks!

Unfortuntely not Astron but looking at the website I do agree with their assessment.

Thanks. Their response time is unfortunately out of our hands. As you can see above, Norton was marking our site as phishing - they have now reclassified it as safe, as have Cloudflare.

There were 5 vendors on VT marking it as malicious - 4 have reviewed and marked as safe.  There is only 1 outstanding, and 95 vendors marking it as safe. 

As you can see by these reversals, there is nothing wrong with the application. Could you kindly arrange a manual review for us on this basis please?
