1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? Yes only at KA13, it's fine if I travel further out, it's the same with my brothers phone too

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? YES
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? Very bad data speeds less than 0.5mb
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? All

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? It's permanent

Looking at the Vodafone Network checker using your postcode things look to be showing as ok.
However if this is a new issue then the Team will update the Networking Team to investigate.
