The Vodafone network has been down in the SE1 area since yesterday evening - there is a reported outage on your network coverage checker around Waterloo/SE1 3JW.
I registered for Text and Email updates on this issue but since doing that at 11pm yesterday night I have received no updates whatsoever and the network is still down. Can any Vodafone employee shed light and is this the normal frequency of status updates when there is a complete outage of all data services? (both 4G and 5G).

Hey @BRR I'm sorry to hear that you are being impacted by a local network outage. We aim to resolve any network issue as quickly as possible but there can be reasons why resolutions take longer than expected. At the moment we do not have an update regarding this particular outage but our engineers are investigating and will have it fixed as quickly as they can.
