No 4g E symbol-I Phone

My i phone  11 has suddenly and permanently gone to a symbol E ,for 2 weeks so i can’t use it out of the  wi-fi area, I contacted vodaphone done all the network re sets , had a new sim , checked sim in another phone and worked , but I still cannot get full network coverage. ? No one seems to be able to fix this ??I’ve been to currys akso they haven’t seen this problem for this length of time,

it’s very frustrating there is no signal issue we’re I live but recently seen 5 g do seems to be related to this ?

Your social media team is no help. They keep asking me to do the same things over and over. 

@clsknsmt, If you can please reach out to the team again, they can check with you the area and may need to run some trouble shooting and if no issues are found in the area and with the device we can look in to other options like raising it to the Network team or getting them to investigate the local site.

That's not a surprise. They're just following a (very much first-line, basic) script, bless 'em

This isn't relevant to the area as I have been to quite a few places for the last two days, and still, the E symbol is there, and no app is working. I receive notifications but no website or app is loading. 

Thank you for sharing that @clsknsmt, if you are facing the issue in different area's, it does slightly point towards the phone or SIM card but still can be the area's at the same time if the area's are close to each other or are getting upgrades or maintenance but this will have to be checked with us over the channels available on Social media, 0333 3040 191 or webchat.

I tried all these three options. They all ask me to same things over and over again.

Do you still only get 2G/EDGE if you toggle flight mode?

No, I dont think you get any signal or E or 2G if the phone is on flight mode. You can only trun the wifi on in flight mode.
