No service at home address since the 13th Feb. The Vodafone mast is in view of our house and usually fine until this month, although is now the third time this month and the longest duration by far.
We have to travel about 5 miles in either direction to get reception / 4G. We are occasionally getting 1/2 bars but drops out and is unreliable. Not good when needing to laptop work and skype calls.
Our home broadband is via a Vodafone data dongle so working from home is near impossible.
I've signed up to alerts but really all I would like is an idea of timescales, I have been unable to speak to anyone who has been able to provide any helpful feedback.
Will we be able to claim compensation? After Storm Arwen we were refused compensation as we had 'used' our phone - but having travelled out in our cars, at our expense to do so - the Vodafone attitude was we couldn't care less,. I'm totally frustrated and fed up at lack of any updates.

Hi there @ERMV - I understand how important it is to have a stable connection, especially now. If there is ongoing work or maintenance in your area that is affecting your service we can look into the possibility compensation once your service is fully restored. Firstly, so that we can determine if there is in issue in your area, could you please complete our initial network checks?
