Hi.. I have been using my Indian Vodafone vsim in the UK for the past 2 years. Recently I travelled to India and returned to the UK but since then there is no service on my Vodafone SIM. Please help.

Although Vodafone UK customer services can't access your account as the different Vodafone regions are not linked we can certainly help with some troubleshooting as your reaching out on the UK Vodafone Forum for some help. :Smiling:

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens.

Also try going into your phone's connection settings and roam for another network and then re choose Vodafone as this refreshes the connection.

And in some phone's you can reset network settings.

This could also be cell masts issues so try and see if the issue still exists when you move from one location to another.

Finally check in any relevant Vodafone Network App like Myvodafone.

Ultimately if it is your account then I'm sure the Vodafone Customer Support Department for your region will be able to help.
