No texts to Qatar

I have a Vodaphione account in Qatar using an sim on an iPhone 12. I can make calls/send texts from Qatar to Uk with no problems but cannot do this from UK to Qatar. An suggestions to help resolve this ? Thanks

The most likely reason is a restriction bar on your account @GT-77 .

As you are not a Vodafone UK customer,  you are  going to need to ask Vodafone Qatar to check your  account.

Many thanks Ann - yes have already tried that with no success. Just trying to get other ideas for why its happening
