Hi since having this SIM I've been capped at H+, I don't recall the last time I had 3g or 4g. I use a Xiaomi 12 Pro and your unlimited SIM deal. I recently just manually inserted all the access point information to see if it would fix it and it's stayed the same. I'd appreciate any help.
Thanks
Liam

Hi @Lemi
Does this data connection type stay the same if you commute around etc ?
If so then as a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone.
And if possible try another networks sim card in your phone.
You can check what the expected connections should be via the mast checker in the following link which also holds a template and suggested troubleshooting tips > Network-issues-initial-checks-and-template.
An option is to also contact Voxi Support so they can check your account settings too.
https://help.voxi.co.uk/ and https://www.voxi.co.uk/contact-us
Checking the apn settings certainly is a good choice and also check I'd possible in your phone the settings in the connections section as some phone's allow the type of connection for data signal in there @Lemi

I've just tried it in my old Redmi Note 8 Pro and it's able to get 4G on that.

It won't be an account issue @Lemi . Take a look at device guides there may be some help with settings Device Guides
Replacing the SIM in your new phone should update the SIM on the network, completing a manual roam can help. See here: Manual Roam
There would also be some additional information on the Voxi site.

Good Afternoon Liam,
Have you been through this guide with a meticulous fine tooth comb?
If so, I'd recommend going to your roaming settings, selecting a network other than Vodafone, allow it to refuse you a connection and then switch back to Vodafone.
Here's a handy guide: https://deviceguides.vodafone.co.uk/xiaomi/12-pro-android-12-0/connectivity/select-network/
If you are using dual SIM mode please be extra careful that you are configuring the right SIM network settings 🙂
Kind Regards,
Beanie.
