Poor Signal TW13

1) Only happens at work or surrounding area within a mile

2) Location Hanworth TW13 6JE

3) Happens on 3/4 different phone at this site different users all on Vodafone

4) The other person can hear you but you cannot hear them and then after a little while call disconnects and you get the message on the phone call diconnected

5) 5g is showing on the service between 2-3 bars for service level Data is poor Download 2Mbs Upload 1.7Mbs Ping456ms

6) Started seeing problems end of the first week in December 2022

7) This issue occurs on nearly every call sometime straight away or after 4-5 mins. maybe 1 call in 20 (a short call) might be okay

Tried calling Vodafone support just keep getting told we have checked and there is no problems showing in the area and try resetting the phone reseat the sim and reset the network settings, but this is happening other phone on the same network. On one of the phone was told to try an E sim this made no difference had to to vodafone store to get replacement sim as the tech on the phone tried to reset this and then could not reconnected and could not use the old sim.

hey all, so if you zoom out on the postcode, tw134aa you'll be able to see the areas with the issues. I'm totally blind, I have special software on my laptop and on my phone that reads to me what is on the screen, so zooming in and out on the maps to look for the coverage issues is useless to me, but when my dad had a look he said there is an issue in tw134aa, so might be worth you guys registering.

so someone that I know made this cool site. https://mastdatabase.co.uk/maps/streetworks/ go on there, and you can filter all the networks that you want to see, so you should be able to see when vodafone are doing works in the area. hope it is of some help!

hi tha a good app but looks more like when the service provider has to apply for a permit to carry out works not sure if this relates to the defective antenna that needs repairing. also i was told the mast affecting me was in the Hanworth trading estate i cannot see anything in that area on the VF signal checker or the one just given.

Hey, yeah that site can show maintenance that's going on as well, it'll also show planning applications from the networks too. and yeah, I was told the mast that was down was by Hanworth trading estate too, so it seems like no one knows what's going on, it's all a shambles to be honest!

hey all, so just spoke to someone from Vodafone on the phone, they said the TW134AA work was finished this morning, but there's still issues in TW149BN they don't know when they will be resolved and also near snaky lane, they're doing works until Wednesday or Thursday I think, so there's a lot going on. The guy didn't know anything about the mast on hanworth trading estate being down though.

so, I got a text last night saying the works in tw149bn have been completed, so I wonder if anyone has noticed service or calls improve at all? I'm off back to the families this afternoon in tw13, so it'll be interesting to see how things are there. So it looks like the last mast that's having work done on it now is the one by Snaky Lane.

So seen no improvement at our location TW13 6JE calls still dropping the our person can hear you for a while but you cannot hear them and then the call disconnects with the call failure message. I know there has been some information regarding an antenna fault in the Hanworth Trading Estate which has not been confirmed or shows on the network checker. I recon charter a coach and all affected should take a trip up to VF head office and demand to get answers to what is happening and when it will be fixed. They are so quick to offer an upgrade to lock you in but a fault on there side no response apart from reset the phone and a new sim.

hey all, so I got a text earlier saying that the work in tw134aa is now back ongoing, there's an issue there, and with reguards to the families postcode, I went back there today and calls were just dropping constantly, so rang back up to vodafone and they said that there are works going on until 27th January at 8pm, so we'll hopefully see improvements then. not holding out much hope though to be honest, and again, no one on the phones knows anything about the mast on Hanworth trading estate.

I can see we're doing some vital maintenance in the Hanworth area @jadesharp1992 & @Kam-PKS, as the text you received advised, this is scheduled for completion by 8pm on the 27 January. If you can confirm the postcode for the trading estate the mast you're referring to is located, I'll be more than happy to look into this for you.
