1) Only happens at work or surrounding area within a mile
2) Location Hanworth TW13 6JE
3) Happens on 3/4 different phone at this site different users all on Vodafone
4) The other person can hear you but you cannot hear them and then after a little while call disconnects and you get the message on the phone call diconnected
5) 5g is showing on the service between 2-3 bars for service level Data is poor Download 2Mbs Upload 1.7Mbs Ping456ms
6) Started seeing problems end of the first week in December 2022
7) This issue occurs on nearly every call sometime straight away or after 4-5 mins. maybe 1 call in 20 (a short call) might be okay
Tried calling Vodafone support just keep getting told we have checked and there is no problems showing in the area and try resetting the phone reseat the sim and reset the network settings, but this is happening other phone on the same network. On one of the phone was told to try an E sim this made no difference had to to vodafone store to get replacement sim as the tech on the phone tried to reset this and then could not reconnected and could not use the old sim.

This is the thing, I agree with you, everyone that has been affected for the last almost 2 months should be due some compensation, it's crazy now for how long this has been going on for, and has cost so many people to lose out on important business and work calls.

Hey all, so it looks like the issue near snaky lane has been fixed. I'm not due to go back to the families for a few days, so won't get to see if there is any improvement. Let me know if you guys see anything today, if not, we'll have to see what happens once the engineer has visited the other mast on Tuesday.

Hey all, so just rang up to see if I could get an update for my family and for everyone on here. had a really helpful guy who was on the phone for ages. he spoke to his resolutions manager who can delve a bit deeper into what's going on. he said the mast, 506 has 4 incident reports on it. one from December 13th, 1 from January 7th, 1 from January 20th and 1 from January 28th. He said that yes, an engineer was meant to go out today, but he doesn't even know if that has been done, as nothing has changed on the report and the engineer hasn't left any notes or updated a thing, so he said all you can do is ring up in a few days to see.

Hey all, so last night I thought to get the ball rolling, I would do a search and see if I could find the CEO of Vodafone's email address. I found it and wrote him an email. This morning I had a DM from Ker Anderson on twitter, he is the one that has been filling me in on mast 506 not working and he said to me that he'd just seen my email and he was chasing up what's going on today. He's not mentioned anything about the engineer going out on January 31st, but it's taking longer to get sorted than we'd like. Here is what he said. Jade, the issue is due to unsafe access to this cell site. Have escalated the resolution with our contractor. So, this is where we are at at the moment, so hopefully he will come back with something soon.

Hi all, I had a resolution manager call me earlier on, because I emailed the CEO the other day, he said this has sped up the case and he apparently is actively monitoring it. he said that the mother mast, which is the one we're all complaining about has actually had issues since November 28th, they've tried to gain access several times, but it's just not been safe. Apparently they now have an engineer going out on Monday to assess the situation. He said the engineer might not actually do anything, he'll assess what's wrong, write a report, and then they can go from there. He said I can't give you a fix date, but it shouldn't be long. They said though someone was going out on the 31st and that never happened. I think though that now the CEO is involved they're sh**ting themselves a bit, that's why they're trying to hurry things along.

Hey all, so apparently an engineer has been out to the site today, there are 2 lots of maintenances being completed, one is due to be done by 5pm today and the other is due to be done by 5pm tomorrow. Apparently after that, we should see some improvement. Let's see!...

Hey all, so looks like o2 are on the ball, when I put in mum and dad's postcode on their service checker it says this and I know o2 and Vodafone share masts, so think something may finally be getting done!
Sorry we're currently investigating reports that a phone mast in this area isn't working.
While we fix this you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending/receiving emails.

hey all, so just had another call from a resolution manager. So an engineer went out yesterday and found there were some faulty parts of the mast. He came back this morning and apparently tried to fix them, but after fixing them, data was slow and calls were still dropping, so apparently they've ordered the new parts which will be shipped to Vodafone and then he'll come back and fit them on the mast. They've acknowledged there's a problem, they said it's been happening pretty much since the 5th of December, so we've just gotta wait for these parts to arrive. Hopefully they'll update the network status checker on the website so we can see what's going on.

Hi Have you had any response, service still crap in the area looks like VF is to big to be bothered in responding to customers when there is a problem. Seem like time to leave VF and get a service provider who can at least let you use the phone for a service you are paying for.
