3) Happens on 3/4 different phone at this site different users all on Vodafone

4) The other person can hear you but you cannot hear them and then after a little while call disconnects and you get the message on the phone call diconnected

5) 5g is showing on the service between 2-3 bars for service level Data is poor Download 2Mbs Upload 1.7Mbs Ping456ms

6) Started seeing problems end of the first week in December 2022

7) This issue occurs on nearly every call sometime straight away or after 4-5 mins. maybe 1 call in 20 (a short call) might be okay

Tried calling Vodafone support just keep getting told we have checked and there is no problems showing in the area and try resetting the phone reseat the sim and reset the network settings, but this is happening other phone on the same network. On one of the phone was told to try an E sim this made no difference had to to vodafone store to get replacement sim as the tech on the phone tried to reset this and then could not reconnected and could not use the old sim.

Hi Jade

i think VF should have you on the pay roll as you have more than any one at VF in terms of letting people know why the service is bad and whats happening. And VF have take the ##~## by sending you requests asking how do you rate the service. 2 and a 1/2 months later still crap service and no FIX DATE.

Have you heard any more it hard to run a small business with a phone that cuts off after a minute

Hey, haven't heard anything, but i'm not with them anymore as I got my pac code last week and moved across to Smarty. When I put in dad's postcode on the o2 status checker it says they're doing work on the masts tomorrow 22nd February and Monday 27th February, so i'm hoping that will help with Vodafone as they share masts, but from Vodafone, nothing. still this on their site:

We're aware of some network issues in TW13 6AW

There’s a problem with our mobile network in this area at the moment that may be causing issues with your service. We’re sorry if you’re experiencing any disruption, we know how frustrating this can be. Unfortunately, it’s taking us a little longer than we expected to fix this issue – sorry for the delay. Rest assured, we’ll get things up and running again as soon as we can, and we’ll update this page once we have an update. Thanks for your patience. As soon as we have any further updates, we’ll let you know here. next to 2g, 3g, 4g, and 5g, it still says current network issue.

this is on the o2 status checker page this mornigng.

Our network is currently working fine. If you’re experiencing a problem with service, try switching off your device and then switching it back on again.

We'll be carrying out some maintenance on our phone masts in this area on the 22 February, 27 February & 28 February.

Hey all, so just had an email from Vodafone saying the maintenance in tw135lr has been completed. How are you all getting on with calls staying connected?

Hey all, so got an email this morning saying there is still an issue in tw136aw and when you look at the network status checker again, there's current network issue next to 2g, 3g, 4g and 5g. At this rate they might as well just rip the mast down at Hampton road West, it looks like they need a new one lol.

well the phones are still playing up so nothing has changed still crap service

bThere are definitely serious issues going on, this was just took from the o2 status page.

We're carrying out some upgrade work in this area.

We’re carrying out some upgrade work to help improve our network. Sorry, but while we do this, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data, we're working as fast as we can to get things sorted. Everything should be back to normal by 8:00pm on 10-03-2023.

if i were you guys, i'd try and get your pac codes, just don't move networks until tomorrow otherwise you'll be hit by a 14.4 price hike on the new contract. My brother has been trying out a 1PMobile sim in the area and they run off EE and EE have no speed issues, inside they're a bit slow, but they work. all o2, Three and Vodafone are having issues in the area, it's crazy! If you ring up, ask to speak to a resolution manager, if possible, ask for Yassien, I think he spells his name like that, at least ask for Yassien with an IE in his name, he was really helpful with me. I don't know all the days he works, but he definitely works on a Saturday. Hope this helps.

I've been getting the same problem.  Missing urgent calls whilst at work.  Is the problem being fixed?

hi, I have no idea if it is getting fixed anymore, my brother was told last week it would be fixed by march 3rd, and that's came and gone, so who knows. the o2 page still says there are works going on until the 10th and as vodafone and o2 share masts, that may help, who knows.
