Poor data speeds IP26 Feltwell

1) Does the issue happen in just one location? Seems to be all of the local area

 

2) What is the full postcode IP26 4EN

 

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? Yes

 

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? Low data speeds, has gone from 20 - 30 Mpbs down to 5 or less for the last two days 

 

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? 4G

    

6) When did you first notice this issue? 28/10/21

 

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? Has been all of the last 2 days

Hi @nhornsby! I'm sorry for the poor speeds. I've checked the mast for you itself and can see our engineers resolved the problem at 5.35pm this afternoon. If you restart your phone, your speeds should go back to normal. If you're still having issues, please pop us back a screenshot of a speed test 🙂
