Hi. Yesterday I was on the concert at the o2 arena. The signal was so bad that I couldn’t enter any website at all. It is not the first time, the same problem I’ve got on the swimming pool. No signal at all. People surrounding me can do everything and mobile is working great. I’ve got the eSIM so SIM card is ok. Can you help me with this please? Thanks.

The nearest mast may belong to O2 and not have Vodafone equipment on it. As the O2 arena holds thousands of people there's every chance that the network was swamped beyond capacity.

Look at the Vodafone mobile signal check and use the link on that page to report your fault.

Much depends what the specific issue is, it's not clear from the following 2 scenarios.

1: No mobile coverage whatsoever - this will prevent the usage of voice calls, mobile data or text messages.

2: Coverage displayed but insufficient capacity to allow data use.

Lack of coverage where the website tool suggests there should be (scenario "1" above) can be reported. Data capacity (scenario "2") is not predicted by the webtool, and very likely the users around the OP, were on a network which has deployed sufficient capacity there.
