Hi,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue we are currently facing with Vodafone, a company affiliated with yours. It has come to our notice that our website, travelodeal.co.uk is being blocked by Vodafone.
Despite our efforts to reach out through emails and calls, we have been unable to establish contact with Vodafone to request the unblocking of our website. We believe there might be a misunderstanding, as our site has been thoroughly checked and is confirmed to be clean.
We kindly seek your assistance in helping us reach the relevant department at Vodafone to address and resolve this matter promptly. Your support in facilitating communication with Vodafone would be highly appreciated.

Despite our previous conclusion on 01/03/2024, some of our customers are still experiencing difficulties accessing a particular website. One of our aggregators has reported ongoing access issues with the website. I have provided evidence that the site has been unblocked, but unfortunately, the problem persists for them. I am hereby attaching a screenshot as proof:

One of our aggregators has reported ongoing access issues with the website. I have provided evidence that the site has been unblocked, but unfortunately, the problem persists for them.
Could you please provide insight into this matter?

Hi @Abhishek_Govani Thanks for your patience, I've checked your website on blocked.org and through the link you sent, it shows no active blocks and Vodafone is flagging as a "past block". Your URL has been reclassified as "Travel" and we are no longer blocking it. Please can you ask them for clear their cache and cookies and if the issue is still present, please send us a screenshot of the error they are seeing.
