Secure Net incorrectly blocking our website

Hello,

I am a developer for The Chelsea Laboratory "thechelsealaboratory.com" and have noticed our skin care and beauty ecommerce site is being blocked by Vodafone Secure Net.

Is it possible to appeal this and get this resolved ASAP.

Hey @JTSB I hope you are doing well! I've taken a look and your site is currently being blocked because it is flagged as containing malware. If you pop the URL into this checker here, you will see the flags. You would need to clear the site first and then if it is still blocked, we can raise it to the SecureNet team for reclassification.

Would you be able to request SecureNet team reclassify our website as I am still unable to access on a Vodafone network?

Thank you for keeping us posted @JTSB. I've raised the URL in question to be reviewed under the reference number INC000004962639. We'll let you know as soon as there's an update, so do keep your eyes peeled.

Thanks for your patience @JTSB - I've had an update to advise the site has now been reclassified yesterday. It can sometimes take up to 72 hour to complete. Please let us know how you get on.
