Severe packet loss in the DL2 (Darlington) area on Vodafone router 192.168.213.22

I have been speaking to support and hitting an absolute brick wall when trying to explain the issue to them. I am seeing extremely low speeds and packet loss as soon as i hit a Vodafone router with the IP 192.168.213.22, support are throwing wild claims how "it will be fixed by <time>PM" which comes and goes still seeing up to 35% packet loss. What can I do about this? Vodafone just will not listen.

OPNsense.flat.local is my core router

72.16.1.1 is my 4G modem.

Just received an update from one of the higher-ups at VF:

I have some positive news. Off the back of your report and a little internal testing we found a minor capacity constraint within our core network. We are in the process of migrating some traffic but it will be a gradual process, therefore I hope we will start to see improvements week on week. I will let you know as and when these changes progress and hopefully we will start to see some improvements.

I have had the same issues in the Stanmore, London area and hitting brick walls with support.

No issues using sim cards from other networks.

It's definitely a Vodafone issue and a capacity constraint as the problems multiply after mid-day, and are really at their worst in the evenings between 4-10pm.
