Can't activate Disney+ offer

Hi there

I am trying to activate this offer so have gone onto the link and it asks me to enter my number so that a code can be sent but when I do so I get a message saying 

If you are a Vodafone Mobile customer you might have mistyped your number. Please check and try again. If you are not a Vodafone Mobile customer this service is not available for you.

I have entered it carefully a number of times correctly both with and without the zero but still get that message.

Any ideas as to how I can resolve it?

Hi @inbetweendays. We understand how concerning this must be. To firstly make sure that we're on the same page, are you referring to the Disney+ offer through VeryMe Rewards? If so, I've tested this and faced no issues when entering my mobile number, to receive the text message - this would indicate account-specific or user error. Can you please take a screenshot of the error that pops up when entering your mobile number? Jason

I am trying to access it from a link in a text message from Vodafone and have also tried from the link at the bottom of this page https://www.vodafone.co.uk/newscentre/news/add-to-plan-subsplus-streaming-entertainment-options/ 

But message I get is as follows
