I just moved into this area, and my phone is unable to receive a very bad signal or even a single signal. Once I parked my car and walked into my house, there was only 4G and/or even "E".
Would you tell me what is going on?

I spoke with the online team, and they can't really solve my issue.
I do really having a bad signal in my area, which I do captured with images and video.
Can anyone able to follow up with this?

I spent 3 days with the Online Social Media Team, they don't even have a solution. Even though I am on the call with Vodafone CS (191), they don't even send anyone to have a look.

Us as the Social Media Team will investigate any network issues customers are facing. We'll run through account and device troubleshooting and check over the network in the area. If required, we'll raise a case to our Network Engineers to investigate the issues. If the issue is already raised, or down to coverage, we won't be able to raise a case.
