TV apps not connecting

Apps on the TV not connecting.  TV suggests possibly incorrect PPPoE setting.  Advice welcome

Hi there @Bluhaze, we'll be happy to help with loading your apps on your TV. Is this happening when using a data connection or Wi-Fi? 

I have the same problem. Sony trinitron was working fine in Talk Talk.

Now all of the apps. Netflix, Disney amazon etc. Will not connect even though the TV says it is connected.

You would receive a better response if you started your own new thread in the broadband section rather than tagging on an old  mobile thread. @T0m0hawk
