Unblocking a false positive

Hello there!

I have been trying to get in touch with Vodafone, and I can't seem to get a solution to this case.

I work at Hostinger, and at the beginning of September one of our customers uploaded malware to their website, and therefore to one of our servers.

This made Vodafone flag assets.zyrosite.com as a threat; we then deleted the malware from the server and banned the customer, which means the threat was cleared.

We keep getting users contacting us though, saying that the images and other assets on their websites appear as broken. We found Vodafone as being the source of this issue, since once the customer connects to a different internet connection and try again, the images are back.

Who could help us unblock assets.zyrosite.com? How would we be able to contact support for that?

I was told on e-mail that our customers need to call Vodafone at 22123 and ask for it to be unblocked, but that is not helping either.

Hi @diogonf28. We understand how concerning this must be. To make sure that we're on the same page, are the affected Vodafone users accessing the website via their mobile or home broadband connection?

The ones who reported were using their home connection.
