Unable to register on the website: error 403

This message is duplicated from the broadband forum. I cannot see a section on the menu that refers to accessing the website: any pointers in that direction would be gratefully received.

I am trying to register my vodafone mobile account using the website.

I would like to preclude the 'usual' answers I have seen for this first:

* Yes: I have tried multiple browsers
* No, there are no VPN's active and no special restrictions on my internet

* Yes, I have cleared cookies, caches, browsing history and so-on

-None of this makes any difference: It is as if the website itself is basically down.

Looking on the web, I see I am not the only person who has had this problem

Can anyone provide a meaningful answer to this question?

Hi @niko06. It's disappointing to hear that you're experiencing an issue registering for / logging into My Vodafone. We understand how concerning this must be. To firstly make sure that we're on the same page, please answer the following questions: 

- Are you a Pay monthly contract or Pay as you go customer? 

- Has your SIM been activated? 

- Did you raise a request to transfer a mobile number over to Vodafone at the point of sale?

- What problem(s) are you facing? For example, is the website showing an error, does an error pop up when you input your information, does the web page not load etc. (Any supporting screenshots are welcomed)
