Hi @borjasol - Thanks for reaching out about this. I've checked the site and it has been flagged as malicious by a security vendor which will be why you're experiencing this issue. You can check this through Virus Total. We would need the site to be cleared and all flags removed before we can send off a reclassification request. I hope this helps.

From what I see everything is clean and is not malicious. The only suspicious is because the site is: newly registered websites

But even for that site, it mark it as clean

I got this answer from my hosting provider:
Thanks for reaching out to Vercel Support! I'm sorry to hear your customers are having issues with accessing your website.

I've had a look at your domain and can confirm the SSL certificate is working fine and was issued a while back:

openssl s_client -showcerts -connect cname.vercel-dns.com:443 -servername www.videotok.app 2>&1 </dev/null | openssl x509 -noout -dates -issuer
Warning: Reading certificate from stdin since no -in or -new option is given
notBefore=Jan 25 22:21:08 2024 GMT
notAfter=Apr 24 22:21:07 2024 GMT
issuer=C=US, O=Let's Encrypt, CN=R3

Vercel doesn't issue self-signed certificates, so this error wouldn't be presented from our platform.

can we solve the problem quick please?
