Vodafone is blocking my website even it is secured with verified SSl

Hi,

Recently we came to know that our customers who is using vodafone internet are unable to access our site which throws error says "Your connection is not private".

Our site is working fine on all other networks and broadband except many vodafone users. This really hurts our business and we need it fixed please.

Hi my website

is also blocked over the vodaphone network (only - works fine on all other networks)
It has a valid SSL:
https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=https://treevolution-scotland.co.uk/

But when using  the vodaphone network over mobile - i get 'Server Certificate is not trusted' notification followed by Adult content block. A lot of customers are unable to reach the website and i am losing  orders because of this.

Hey @twgfwmw I've taken a look at the site and it is not showing as being blocked on Vodafone or any service providers when we check it here. A further check has revealed that the site is being flagged as containing malware; you can check this here. We would need this to be cleared in order for us to raise this to the team for a classification check.

Hi ok - thanks - the site does get daily malware checks - and i checked that - its clean but i will falg it with hosts and see what they say

Thanks @twgfwmw Once they've taken a look, drop us a message and we'll see if the malware is still showing. It can take 24 hours or so for it to fully update so we can check with you tomorrow and if we get the all clear, we can raise it to the team to get the classification checked.

it seems there was a line in my htaccess file:
ErrorDocument 404 https://treevolution-scotland.co.uk
which i have now commented out and the website works over vodaphone network

It's still showing that there is malware on the site @twgfwmw but as I said previously, it can take 24 hours for this to update if you've made changes.

Are you now able to access the site on the Vodafone network?
