Website getting blocked

Hi, our website https://www.promotekit.com/ is being blocked by vodafone as you can see here https://www.blocked.org.uk/site/http://promotekit.com

We've only been using this domain for 4 months, so it's likely blocked due to something a previous owner did. Can you please unblock this for us? We have customers trying to access our site.

Also if possible, could you let me know which blocklist you used to block our domain so that we can get it removed from that blocklist as well?
