Hi,

My website https://ce-tech.info/

Is being blocked by vodafone, stating that it's an 18+ website (it's not 18+ at all!)

It works on wifi and O2 networks, but vodafone is giving an issue.

I have https enabled and SSL certificates (can be checked on

Please can this be fixed Screenshot 2022-08-16 at 09.46.26.png

Hey @jackhood9 I've raised this for you now and our team will investigate. Once we have an update from them, we will let you know!

Hi @jackhood9 The IP team have resolved this issue now. Please clear your cache and cookies and try loading the website on the Vodafone network.

I have the same problem.  Why is Vodafone blocking https://sentinelactive.com? A test shows that everything is ok: https://www.whynopadlock.com/results/0aa3bc96-76d0-4ef2-ba5e-4fea90c6ccaf

@sparkiuk - Is your website under maintenance at the moment. We've tested it on a few different connections and it's showing that it is.

Hi... I am delighted to see this can be resolved.

Is it possible to look at our website too

https://roofrepairsbelfast.com/

As we have the same issue

Thanks

@Ingoe84  Your URL has 3 flags against it on Virus Total.

I see, that would have been the case when it was hacked I'm assuming.

I cleaned the site and Google sent this the other day.

Is there anyway to remove them flags?

@Ingoe84 I re-ran the Virus Total check and the three flags are still present. As VF use this as their benchmark you'll have to get your technical people to look into this.

Here is the Virus Total link for testing URLs https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/url

Thank you

I have contacted all 3 of them to rescan the site and remove the flags however a couple have said that i can not contact them that it would have to be Vodafone directly.

We have also spoke to our domain registrar who has confirmed that our domain is clean. to have 3 flags against 96 in total that should be a clear indicator that our site is clean.

This block is affecting our business and i understand there is protocals to follow and truly do get it but it seems we are stuck in the middle of something that is out of our hands?

We have done everything to clean it all up, and we get for customers safety why it was originally flagged but now at this point all is 100% clean and running through a paid versions of wordfence and cloudflare to ensure this does not happen again
