I cannot seem to be able to connect to ps remote play using my phone data. IOS mobile app or laptop, nothing works. Other networks have been tried and tested for both app and laptop streaming, all fine, but VODA no…

Is anyone else experiencing this?  is there a solution? I call customers services to no avail as NONE of the suggested actions helped

thanks for the response. All the steps have been taken, no joy. It’s almost like voda have some sort of block/ restriction in place preventing a connection. i’ve tried multiple wifi spots on other uk phone networks with no issues…
