securenet blocking our website

We are experiencing an issue where secret is locking our web applications, this was an issue last year and was resolved but looks to have come back again, we have a number of customers raising this issue with us.

Can you please review and whitelist auth.tradehelp.co.uk but if possible also waitlist our whole domain *.tradehelp.co.uk as we have apis etc running the applications that may also be blocked.

Hi @martgriff83 We've just had an update from our team. The site has now been reclassified as Computing. This should prevent any further issues. Thanks for your patience whilst we looked into this 😊
