i recently have moved to Italy, and while travelling have got myself an EU (Italian) prepaid sim. obviously this is now my new number. i’m trying to transfer money from my Australian bank into my international bank, but can’t access any confirmation text messages https://9apps.ooo/, so, i go to change my number to my Italian one (in the Australian bank app, and also the International bank app), but every time i attempt it, i get a pop up saying that the number is invalid.
this is obviously a huge issue as i cant transfer any money between accounts?
any ideas on what might be the issue, or how to fix it?
