I had an error on my credit file which Vodafone confirmed was their fault but I still can’t get a mortgage unless I get a letter from Vodafone (on their headed paper) to provide to the mortgage company. I’ve had over 20 calls back and forth to Vodafone’s complaints department and have been told twice that the letter is in the post and to wait 7-10 days for it to arrive and still over a month later I’ve received no letter. Therefore I cannot progress with a mortgage. Please, please, please can Vodafone contact me and just send me a letter on headed paper saying Vodafone was at fault!!!!!

I totally understand how something like this can be so damaging @kerryjones
But as account assistance isn't available via this forum anymore I'd suggest to contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they'll get this looked into.
I'd suggest to use Twitter and link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself.
