Its all very well posting here our comments, making surggestions or haveing a rant, but how far up the chain does it go. Does Mr Big Boss Man ever read them to know what we think about Vodafone.....good or bad.

just had an email from vodafone saying not sure why they hadnt turned my daughtersphone back on....YOU PEOPLE DONT TALK TO EACH OTHER DO YOU !!!! email asked for my daughter to contact them...TRIED THAT MANY MANY MANY TIMES...no joy i sent a complaint about their customer services they sent me a letter asking or authority on her account...I ALREADY HAVE IT ...kept a note of live chat that gave me this ....answer my complaint please you have 8 weeks to do so ...trading standards are now dealing with this...if you dont talk to each other perhaps YOU WILL TALK TO THEM
