Hi there,

Just want to say Amy on the Customer Services line did a fantastic job earlier on helping resolve my issue with a text scam that was coming through to my phone. In the time we talked she resolved the problem without any fuss and assured me that I wasn't being charged for the text scam that came through!

Keep up the good work!

Fantastic to hear one of the agents helped you @AlexMJ

I'm sure this will be fed back to the right department by the Vodafone Social Media Team here.   :Smiling:

Hi @AlexMJ

I am sure Amy has done a fantastic job.

However, if you have been the victim of a reverse charge text scam, should you find you have been charged, you need to contact the company sending the unsolicited reverse charge message, make a complaint and ask for the return of your money.  This can be done by following the link to the premium rate regulator where you will be able to put the sender number into the number checker to find information and details of the company running the service.

There is also further information from Vodafone on the link below.
