After not been able to get online chat to work today I called helpline & requested a call back. Really pleased I did as Laith called me back & provided me with helpful, friendly & efficient service with a more than satisfactory solution. The callback was made at 18:53 BST (UK) on 31 July, can someone please pass on my thanks and let Laith's manager know they have a star in their team? Thank you!
