My website is being blocked by you and only by you. It is coming back clean with all other sources. The website is not dangerous, and this is affecting my business. I have raised dispute for the same and seems like ignored.  I NEED MY WEBSITE FIXED PLEASE. This is costing me a ton of money for every minute it is flagged. I am very upset and very, very unhappy with you and the service. The website is [Removed]. I assure you there is nothing wrong with the site. I have done everything to make sure of that and it has some of the best security out there. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, @SpadeFive. I hope you're well. I understand that we're currently blocking your website, and you need this to be resolved. However, the website is currently flagging as malicious on Virus Total, so you will need to get that cleared first. Once it's clean, we can then raise the request for your website to be reclassified.

I understand, but the problem is that this Antiy-AVL, the only vendor that reports the website as Malicius, no longer exists, ie their support and services are no longer used. I have contacted VirusTotal support but have not received any response from them to resolve this either.

Thank you for getting back to us @SpadeFive. We would need the VirusTotal scan to come back clean to raise a case to our Networking Teams. Please can the amendments be made, the URL re tested and then if the issues persists we'll get things raised.

Hey @SpadeFive I hope you are doing well. I've checked your site and I am able to access it on both the Vodafone Wi-Fi and mobile data connections, with and without SecureNet. If you check the site here, you will see that our network is not blocking it. If the site is being blocked by a none UK network, you will need to reach out to them directly.

Maybe you have the antivirus from Vodafone activated. That happened to me and I de-activated the antivirus from them.
