Gifs on text massages

I can't add or see Gifs on text messages I send or receive. I've done lots of Googleing, to no avail. Can anyone help.

My phone is the Smart V8.

Does your keyboard display gifs ?

i.e 

 

Do you have multimedia provisioned on your account. Customer services on 191 , Live Chat or the Social Media Team's  can check.

Multimedia messages cost to send using the network.

I usually use WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger as that way does not cost to send using a good data connection.

You need to make sure that your APN is configured to support MMS and that it's provisioned on your Vodafone account. If you have a Vodafone Basic plan (like me), MMS isn't supported but that doesn't bother me as I use DUO, Whatsapp and other internet based messenger apps to message people. SMS and MMS is so 1990's! 😂
