My phones been in for repair since the 23rd of December and was booked in at the repair centre on Boxing Day. I was told it would only take two weeks at most. When I check online I just get 'error' on the repair tracking website and the person online just told me to ring the customer service number ending in 191. Didn't work and I couldn't talk to a person. Before the tracking website stopped working, it said 'no bailment stock' and that they needed to contact the customer, but no one has been in contact.
Is there a direct phone line to the repair centre?
