How do I post a new message on this forum instead of replying?

can someone help me?

how do i ask a question on this forum?! i cant figure out how to do it and it isn't in the guidelines, can only reply to messages like this!

please help!

If you look at the top of the page you should see

Support: eForum:Time out:Chill lounge

 

Click on the eForum link, and it will take you to the main page of the forums

Select the category you want to post the message in (in this case it is Chill Lounge) and under the search box, you should see a new message button.

Hey south34,

I feel your frustration. The easiest way to post in my humble opinion if you don't find a thread you can reply to is;
Click Forums
Click Vodafone Services
Click EITHER Pay Monthly OR Pay As You Go, I click Pay Monthly
At the top of page under Pay Monthly on the left hand side
Click "New Topic" and enter all your info and questions clicking on 'Post' when you are done.

I understand you don't want to speak or share with others customers but believe me I have found more success and help from other customers replies on many occasions.

Also it is definitely worth listing your problems on here as there is the Technical Team who read the posts and if you don't get the help or advice from other customers, the tech team will contact you directly.

Keep smiling and positive as you will get the help you need

Also don't worry too much about where to post as the site team can always move posts to the correct forum

How does one get to speak to the vodaphone fraud team. have been sent some very dodgy paperwork including zero value invoices claiming i have cancelled my d/d.

am concerned it may be internally perpetrated by employees with data access. what telephone number are their fraud team contactable on?

YOu can report a fraud by calling 191 from any Vodafone handset.  This will get escalated to the fraud team who will investigate it for you. You can't call the fraud team directly.

Slight problem is that i dont have a vodaphone phone, merely invoices and direct debit forms. the fraud is almost certainly being perpetrated in house by staff, and i have no way of talking to the fraud team, the thing that police advice is to do immediately

You can call 03333 040 191 from any phone.  Before you assume this is an inside job, be aware that someone has probably acquired enough information about you to impersonate you.  This is probably someone you know, even if only tangentially.
