We have just moved away from Vodafone last week, and all our phones ported over easily.... except one.
I had a request open to help with this and was promised some would get back to me, but they didn't. Now I cannot get back into our account as we do not have any numbers on the account.
How can I get through to someone to request an MCK code or Unfreeze code? The original nuc code I received from Vodafone was incorrect and after entering it enough times I now need the MCK code.
The odd time I did manage to get through, all they did was send me the same PUK code again, which is NOT what I need.
I just need to be able to speak to someone but can't get an option via the voice prompts on the IVR.
Can someone let me know how I can get through to someone at Vodafone for help?
