Invald my telefone number

Hi,
I want to recharge my Vodafone prepaid.

(Last year and February this year I used Vodafone in Spain, after  I went back to Japan once. And now I want to use it again in Spain)

But I cant see the recharge screen or recharge message and I get the message that says "my phone number is not valid"

Neither my Vodafone app nor website works.
Can't I recharge anymore?

Hi @Ibuibuki21, if the number has not been used for more than 180 days we will disconnect the number as it's not is use any more, but we can check on it and see what options we have if you contact us using the steps here.
