Is the Bromsgrove store retired to the Internet ?

The last 2 times I visited they could do no business - and a wasted 15 mile round trip.

Yep. Store open and several staff just waiting around (as were their customers) for this communications company to be able to 'speak' to the rest of the world (not fortunate enough to live in Bromsgrove)..

Doesn't set a good example to the local burghers (no, not burgers) that the EE and Virgin stores were functioning in the pre-Christmas run-up and yet Vodafone were just sitting there and twiddling those parts of the human anatomy that can be reached in public.

Oh, and a wasted 15 miles round-trip - and a car park fee.

We're sorry to hear that you haven't had a good experience in our store @VeryBigH. We do know at this time of year some of the stores are busier than normal, what was the reason for your visit? 🙂
