Mobile number barred

Hi

 

Phone number is barred without any reason and no one has contacted me even after reaching out to the fraud team.

Seriously disappointed and made a mistake in switching to Vodafone :Sad_face:

Hi @pankajtomar590. We understand how concerning this must be. As we don't have access to your account here on the Community, if your services have been barred by our Fraud team, you'll need to follow the instructions sent to you. If you called our Fraud team out of hours and they still haven't responded to your voicemail, they do have a direct number 0333 304 2897 – the phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 8AM to 10PM and Saturday to Sunday, 8AM to 8PM.
