Hi,

My client website: https:apkmyboy.com/

Is being blocked by vodafone, stating that it's an 18+ website

(it's not 18+ at all!)

It works on O2 networks and wifi, but vodafone is giving an issue.

I have https enabled and SSL certificates (can be checked on

Please tell me that it can be fixed

Hi @rasimorrison - I've requested the site to be reviewed by our Support team. This is logged under reference INC000005048119. We'll let you know as soon as there's an update.

Hey Gemma,

I am having this same issue with my clients website https://mcsfoundation.org.uk/

Could you investigate?

Many thanks.

Liam

Hi @trubsl! Thanks for reaching out about this. I've checked the URL using VirusTotal and can see that it is being flagged as Phishing by one security vendor. Please could you ensure this is updated? Once it's marked as clear, please get back in touch so we can take a look and ensure our Network Team make the necessary reclassifications. Thanks!

I have spoken to Fortinet and they confirm it is no longer listed with them and that it has no issues. VirusTotal has simply not updated their database.

Checking on SSL Trust confirms that this site is secure and not listed by Fortinet any longer.

Hey Ami

So looks like VirusTotal had it cached - clicking reanalyse has sorted it out.

It's gone now!  Can you get it removed from your block list?

Cheers,

Liam

Thanks for sorting that @trubsl I've had a quick look on https://www.blocked.org.uk/ and can't see that we're blocking your site. I've also been able to load your site from my phone over a Vodafone mobile data connection, that has Secure Net in place too. Please could you pop over screenshot of the error you're seeing so we can look into this further?

Hey Janey.

Unfortunately blocked does show the site as being blocked by you:

That's really odd - I was originally getting a different outcome! Sorry about that @trubsl I've raised it for reclassification now and the reference for it is INC000005099844. As soon as we have an update, we'll pop you a message here
