My website has been blocked

Hi my website www.signatora.com has been blocked by vodaphone , we are getting complaints from our customers. 

We sell books only and have all the relevant internet security, we are hosted with shopify. 

can someone please help me with this costly problems

Hi @Aminahmac87 I've checked the URL provided on both a Vodafone and non-Vodafone connection, and the site is blocked and raises a Malware alert via several connections. As this is the case, we'll be unable to remove this block at this time.

How is this possible when both shopify and namecheap have both confirmed there is nothing wrong with my site. 

our websites can also be accessed on multiple other providers including virgin, o2, three, talk talk and bt. 

when you run the website through site checkers it comes back as clean including the Google safe check.

I use Virgin and I'm unable to access the website, in addition to malware flags. It is also showing a SSL protocol error. I'm sorry we won't be reclassifying this website.
