Old VF account still showing as open on credit file

Hi,

I would like some help please, I have only just noticed that an account I had with VF is still showing as open on my credit file with a balance of £0. My contract ended and should have closed completely in 2016! Please can I have some help in removing this from my credit file. After reading a lot of people’s experiences with Vodafone doing this. I would like it resolved ASAP. As I don’t want any issues at all when applying for a mortgage.
