I've just raised a ticket via Live chat for an issue I am having. And in the chat it says if I access the vodafone broadband app, go to the WiFi dashboard, then help & support, i can see my tickets.
I cannot see help & support in the WiFi dashboard. Am I looking in the wrong place?

It sounds like the "Help & Support" section may not be visible directly on the WiFi dashboard in the Vodafone Broadband app. Instead, check if it’s located under a different tab, such as "Account" or "More Options. Hope! it would be helpful.
