Online chat greyed out - 12:00 midday mid-week

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone had experienced trying to speak to an advisor on the so called 24/7 online chat but it's greyed out? It's 12:54 on a Wednesday and it's been greyed out for nearly an hour. 

I can't call in so want to use the chat - which should be available 24/7. Is this a technical issue that resolves in a couple of hours? or too many people on it at once? 

Do Vodafone look at these chats and can advise?
